In The Mommy Business
"Sweet Bitty Bows is just that, a store that produces super cute hair bows for little girls. She also makes hats and headbands. But by far I think the bows are the best part. All of the bows and clippies are hand made. She does a fantastic job. Each one is so special and beautiful."

"Sweet Bitty Bows are just that – super sweet, bitty hair bows for little girls. Sooo many lovely designs to choose from and even tiny little (yep, bitty!) bows that work in the finest of fine baby hair. My favourite is the Boutique Bow headband. My four year has crazy-wild hair no matter what I do, and I can just put that on her and she’s ready to go regardless! Love it"

"A few months ago I posted a reviewof a great shop that I found-Sweet Bitty Bows. Vivian's been decorating her crazy hair with an assortment of bows from Sweet Bitty Bows, and we still love them all! They're super cute, high quality and easy to put in your daughter's hair. I can't say enough good things about them. Right now the shop is full of cute hairbows, including some adorable holiday ones."
Moms Most Wanted
"If you have a little girl (or even if you dream of having one), you probably love looking at little girly hair accessories. I know I do! My daughter still doesn’t have a lot of hair to work with. So, even at ten months old, we are limited with what we can accessorize her with. Sweet Bitty Bowsis the answer to a Mother’s accessories prayers. From bows and clippies, to hats and headbands, Sweet Bitty Bowshas your little one’s head covered. They were nice enough to send my daughter a little crocheted flower stretchy headband. It is so adorable! Anytime she wears it, we always hear compliments on how cute it is, and they want to know where we got it. Sweet Bitty Bows, that’s where! There is also an amazing range of bows, hats, and clippiesfor the babies and children that aren’t hair challenged. The clippies come with “no slip grip”, so you won’t lose any when you are out and about!"

Back from a little va-kay
"It's been awhile since the last post. In that time we've taken gorgeous family photos by a ridiculously gifted photographer by the name of Nicole Ishida, who owns Lyrebird Images Thephoto above was taken during a rare down moment for my otherwise BUSY one and a half year old daughter. We then visited some family in NM. My sister-in-law is the multi-talented mind behind Sweet Bitty Bows , the cutest and best quality clippies and bows you'll find for your little princesses. Both of these women are so inpsiring. They have multiple children and choose to chase their passion while juggling full families and schedules. Nicole does her photo sessions on weekends, Denise has her laptop propped at the kitchen table to ensure she doesn't miss upcoming orders. In fact, she's been known to stay up until 2 a.m. putting bows together, after the kids have gone to bed.
I always feel so guilty about owning a business while raising my kids - am I doing enough? Am I spending the right amount of time with them? Are their imaginary cell phones and laptops crying out, "stop working and pay attention to me!" ... And then... I have the privilege of hanging out with women like Denise and Nicole and am reminded that we all are beautiful and unique. We have dreams. We have goals. We are... still women in addition to being mothers, wives and daughters. And that's worth something. We moms talk a lot about never giving up on our kids. These women have taught me something else - the pure beauty of not giving up on ourselves."
