WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR CLIPS?
We offer 3 types of clips, SNAP, FRENCH and ALLIGATOR. Snap clips are for newborns and infants that have very little hair. This clip holds the smallest strand of hair! Alligator clips are for toddlers and older and allows for more hair to be held back. French clips are for very thick hair.

Yes, all of the products on our website comply with the new CPSIA law. The safety of your children is very important to us as all products that we sell have been tested.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?
We offer a standard USPS First Class rate of $2.50. We are happy to rush orders for a additional fee.
WHAT AGES DO YOUR HEADBANDS FIT?
Our headbands fit newborns up to adults, They are very soft and stretchable.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Please indicate what you are looking for and chances are we can make it happen.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. Fees vary on location.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Generally orders take 1-2 days to complete. We know how excited you are to receive your goodies and we will do our best to get these to you in a timely manner!
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. We also accept money orders.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND OR EXCHANGES?
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. I am proud of my handmade items and I stand by my work 100%...That being said...ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Unless I grossly misrepresented a item...(which I would not do :)
WHAT IS THE NON SLIP MATERIAL YOU USE?
We use a non latex rubber material that is safely secured to the clip and holds even the finest of hair!
ARE YOUR ITEMS SEALED?
All items are always sealed to prevent fraying. We use the finest tools to make sure your items last for a very long time.
IS MY INFORMATION PRIVATE?
Absolutely!! Sweet Bitty Bows values it's customers and respects their privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties.
HOW DO I ORDER FROM YOUR GIFT REGISTRY?
